Alberta Natural Gas Royalty Guidelines (2009)
These Guidelines, effective January 2009, describe principles involved in assessing, levying and collecting Alberta’s Crown royalty share of natural gas and gas products produced from lands subject to a Crown lease agreement. It also describes the procedures that will be used to carry out the assessment, levy, and collection of royalty.
