APMC Gas Valuation Forms

The APMC 600 series forms are to be completed by persons conducting specific natural gas activities within Alberta.

Because of the importance of the data, there are penalties for late and inaccurate / incomplete reporting. In addition to the forms provided, the APMC will accept submissions by fax, facsimile, modem or magnetic media.
