The Mines and Minerals Administration Regulation authorizes the Department of Energy to issue agreements;

• by sale through public tender, conducted in a manner determined by the Minister - referred to a Public Offerings
• on application, if the Minister of Energy considers the issuance of the agreement warranted - referred to as Direct Purchases
• by means of registered transfers (see e-transfers manual)

The only way to submit a bid for lands in an upcoming land sale is the e-Bidding process via the ETS system.

Provides access to Oil Sands Public Offering Notices and subsequent Sales Results, including Metis Results, as well as any changes made to the notice.
Most files are available in *.txt, *.pdf, or *.xml; Text, Adobe Reader, and a database format respectively.

FTP Naming Convention

Public Offering Notices and subsequent Sales Results are also available via the File Transfer Protocol (FTP) platform.
