The pricing structure identified in Information Letter 2006-12 allows a requestor to calculate the cost of a parcel of land, prior to submitting a direct purchase application.
- Direct purchase applications can only be submitted using the departments ETS system.

| Land Portions The Department's minimum sales price requirements for accepting a direct purchase application on portions of land, is outlined in Information Letter 2006-12. The minimum acceptable sales price remains $500 per hectare or $2,000, whichever is greater, and is non-negotiable. The Department reserves the right to adjust the minimum sales price periodically to reflect market trends. |
