ETS Administrator Set-up Process
A key component of the Electronic Transfer System (ETS) security is the role of ETS Administrator. Each client who requires access to ETS functionality and data must assign an individual to perform the role of ETS Administrator for their company. The ETS Administrator has the responsibility for setting up and managing security for all of their users on ETS.
The ETS Administrator Set-up Procedure

- The client prepares a letter on Corporate letterhead, if appropriate, signed by an authorized person, identifying the ETS Administrator. (Sample letter
)
Note: The letter cannot be signed by the designated ETS Administrator unless they are the owner/President of the company.
- The client completes the ETS Set-up Form
